Photo Blog: Identity

Within my experience abroad, I was also trivial about the concept of religion. As I was surrounded by a large amount of friends whom are all religious, I was able to open up to them about my concepts of what religion was. I was a fallen out christian and now I was able to re-tie myself to my religion again. As a result, I made a bunch of friends outside of my typical social groups. This was my friend's 21st birthday. She reached out to me to discuss her concepts of god and I believe I have changed as well to precieve things differently than I used to. So I would indeed say that perceptions of my own identity within the world are changed. I now feel like I am able to be spiritually competent and feel more comfortable within my own skin.
